Republic Quick Start Process

Please read the following before beginning your Quick Start Process. If you are a returning customer, click link below:


Thank you for your interest in Republic Bank & Trust. Quick Start will only take a few minutes to complete and will allow you to begin the process for any type of Republic personal or business account.

Helpful Tips: Because your time is important, we’ve prepared an outline of certain information you may like to have available before beginning.

You will need the following information to complete the process:

  • Physical address;
  • Mailing Address;
  • Social Security Number or Tax ID Number;
  • Date of Birth;
  • Work, home and cell phone numbers;
  • Employment information.

Please review your completed Quick Start form and print a copy for your records. Then press “submit” and leave the rest to us! Once received, a Republic Banker will contact you within the next business day to make an appointment to complete the process.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT PROCEDURES FOR OPENING A NEW ACCOUNT

The U.S.A. Patriot Act helps the United States government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify and record information that identifies each person who opens an account.

What this means for you: For most accounts and services, submission of this online Quick Start will not replace the necessity for you to personally visit one of our convenient banking centers to complete the process. When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and any additional information needed. We may also ask to see your driver’s license or other identifying information, as well as permission to access your credit file to further authenticate and validate your identity. In addition we will need to obtain your signature on necessary account agreements/documents, and ensure you have received all appropriate regulatory disclosures.
